I use it at about 1/2 recommended strength

Strengths:
About the best tasting stuff I ran across.
Clif Apple has a load of caffeine which is awesome in my book.
Doesn't have any junk in it (unlike some other fructose and colors loaded 'sports drinks')
I don't get tired of it on a long ride.
It seems to work.

I don't use the recommended concentration, probably about 1/2 strength but I can sustain drinking it on a 6 hour ride, about 20 - 24 ounces per hour is about right for my 6', 190 lbs.

Weaknesses:
None I can think of
