Price Paid:  $3199.00 at A1 supplements

Favorite Ride:
Mt. Lemmon

Bike Setup:
Specialized Tarmac, DA10, Spinergy Stealth Wheels

Summary:
Decent product. The problem is all the confusing ingredients. There are a ton of vitamins and antioxidants that are not proven to work, and surely are not proven for recovery. Recovery simply means glycogen replenishment and muscle repair as fast as possible. These guys have missed the point. I suggest FLUID Recovery (www.livefluid.com). This is a true recovery formula, and only has the basic ingredients in the RIGHT amounts. I will be getting FLUID on here for a review ASAP!

Strengths:
Proper protein to CHO ratio. Whey Protein Isolate.

Weaknesses:
All the junk that you don't need. Its also expensive.

Similar Products Used:
FLUID Recovery! Cliff Recovery, Hammer Recoverite

Orbea, mainly record group, cane creek hoops, maxxis rubber, crank brothers pedals

Summary:
WOW!!! This stuff is great! It has everything you could need or want in a recovery drink. Protein, sugars, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. I've been using this product for a few months now, after training rides and races. My results have been improving and I am able to train harder and more often due to the fact that I recover better!

Strengths:
great taste, mixes easily, about 50 servings per container, price, and goes down easy with no tummy issues!

Weaknesses:
None!!

Summary:
The berry product tastes great and works well. Feel recharged quickly after cumnsumption and priced right too. I've used cytomax muscle milk, and ultragen and this ranks in there with a better price and great ingredients. This is a MUST BUY product.

Strengths:
ultimate in rehydration and nutrition. Priced great.

Weaknesses:
WHAT?
