Strengths: It works - it improved my energy and kept me hydrated. It goes down very smooth, without leaving a sugary residue in your mouth (or in your bottle). No upset stomach, either.Weaknesses: Price - up to double the price of competing products, on a servings per dollar basis.Bottom Line: Based on positive reviews, I tried this out. It goes down easy, without a sugary taste, and provided a definite boost over water and Clif Shots alone. I haven't compared it to other drinks, though.
