Strengths:    JogMate has wonderful packaging and is easy to digest. The taste isn't as bad as everyone says. It's like cafeteria pudding. If you think it's bad warm, try it cold! Yuck!

Weaknesses:    When JogMate gets cold, it's like squirting a worm into your mouth. I tried to use if after skiing....It still works, but the consistancy is gross. Availability is also a problem. Order it off the net!

Bottom Line:
I started using JogMate because I was tired of being sore after long road & mountain bike rides. There had to be something out there to help me out. I found JogMate and it is the best thing since sliced bread! 6 to 8 hour mountain bike rides on Saturdays followed by 6 to 8 hour road rides on Sundays - there had to be something out there to save me on Mondays!
