Strengths:    works, easy to ingest.

Weaknesses:    none known

Bottom Line:   
been using Leppin since 1980-something, mostly for ultramarathon runs. Still using it, but for triathlons now. It's a milder-flavored, less glutinous product than any of the competition: easier to take. I've tried gu, clif shots, etc, but the original Leppin is still the best.
