I tried the Vanilla flavor and found it to be too thick. I felt like I was eating cake icing. I nearly choked on the stuff. Weaknesses:

The new powergel is great, they really fixed the thickness problem - you can tell it's new by the new box. I ride on Sunday's for about 4 hours, and 2 packets of powergel at 2 and 3 hours really keeps me going. There are a bunch of flavors, some have caffeine some have double caffeine. www.eat-fit.com had the lowest price i can find on the internet for a box of 24 and it got to me 2 days after i ordered. i tried the GU, didn't like it at all compared to powergel.
