Price Paid:  $20.00 at Wal-Mart

Summary:
I do not cycle but I do run alot and I have been lifting weights on and off for years. When I started to use ripped fuel back in High School the stuff was great. It gave me alot of energy that lasted for a good while. What I found out with this product is when u first start taking it you need to take a half doseage and this will help to avoid any unwanted side effects. Another thing I noticed is that it is important to have a health and balanced diet and to eat before you take it so your body will have more then just Ripped Fuel to use up. Everyday I eat a good meal then take Ripped fuel then I work out. The results are quiet noticeable at around a month. With this regiment I never had any side effects but I also had enough energy for my work out and at the end I wasnt tired. Remeber if you take this stuff and you feel strung out and then tired after your work outs then maybe you should cut back on how much its taken. Try to avoid the crash from the caffiene.

Strengths:
Works great. Lots of energy

Weaknesses:
Normal dose could be too strong causeing you to crash after working out.

Price Paid:  $11.00 at GNC

Summary:
I just stumbled onto this site. I am not a rider, however I have tested out this stuff and it seems to work pretty well. I noticed that a lot of you complained about sleepiness and nasuea. As long as you eat normal diet and drink LOTS of water, I found it to work great and had none of these symptoms. I take 2 pills int he morning after breakfast and before my workout with about 2 17 oz bottles of water. Then during my work out after each set I just continue to drink the water and refill it up at the gym. Keep yourself well hydrated throughout the entire day, even when not working out and it should be fine.

Strengths:
gave a bunch of energy for running. was able to run longer and faster with no effects

Weaknesses:
have not found any yet, havent used it long

Similar Products Used:
hydroxycut hardcore, didnt like it, normal hydroxycut works better if you just want to lose weight

Favorite Ride:
Red Bridge Trail

Summary:
This product works if you are a body builder or looking to lose weight. DO NOT USE if you are a cyclist. The product restricts your blood vessels and greatly reduces your oxygen transportation. This causes you to get "winded" very quickly. It is designed for body builders to lose weight without cardio exercising because cardio causes muscle loss. It is not intended for endurance athletes. You'd be better taken stanozolol than ephedra-but don't quote me on that.

Strengths:
It works good for weight loss.

Weaknesses:
Not good for endurance. Can lead to heart attacks

Summary:
I've been taking it for about 3 months now and the weight has just come off.Although i am using the ephedra-free one it seems to be very effective. The only problem is that im worried to gain it back.If any of you Ripped fuel users got any tips to keep the weight off email me.PLEASE!!!

Strengths:
Gave me the boost of energy i needed and actually helps me concentrate more in class.Works especially well before i run and lift weights. My energy is off the wall and i love it.1 in the morning,2 for lunch,2 for dinner.

Weaknesses:
Sometimes my heart will race even when im jus sitting there and if my workout isnt hardcore i tend to get very sleepy.
