Summary: I started using this product to combat post ride/exercise fatigue to my legs especially. After intensifying my training to include three days of two hour rides and or trainer sessions per week, my legs were starting to become fatigued overall. Adding to that, a resistance training routine, my muscles were becoming tired and sore overall. I researched Sportlegs, and as a state certified nutritional counselor, and chiropractor, I felt the science behind it was sound. I also conferred with colleagues who agreed. Upon using it, I have felt positive effects on both fronts it describes, increasing muscle efficiency and energy, and improving recovery. It has worked for me and my training needs so far. It doesn't make me totally tireless, but that's not its claim, and not possible. Being a nutritional supplement, it won't work the same for every person, but it helps me. Strengths: Does for me what it says it will. Easier to exercise, and easier to recover.
Totally legal, and safe according to its listed ingredients.
On the accepted substances lists of many major sporting associations, including, the NCAA, USOC, IOC. not on any banned lists. Weaknesses: Must take it one hour prior to exercise for best effects.
