Strengths:    Gives to different gear ratios/ levels of intensity based on fitness level
(note, this is a review on the vid supplied from 5 years ago)

Bottom Line:   
Decent vid for the price paid (free w/ Fluid 2)
Wouldn't pay full retail for it though
