Strengths: Beautifully built, smooth, and quiet.Weaknesses: Not enough resistance without the headwind resistance to really push you beyond 300 watts or so. Headwind is quite loud.Bottom Line: These are great rollers that come with a lifetime guarantee. I am impressed with how smooth they are and the fact that they are very quiet (without the headwind resistance). If you rise rollers, then these are the ones for you.

Strengths: No setup, less boring than traditional trainers, really helps you learn ballance.Weaknesses: You need to pay attention, can't eaisly watch tv, or work on standing climbing.Bottom Line: It took a few times to become stable on them. Great workout, and great for improving bike skills - Ballance, Ballance, Ballance.
