Strengths: Smoothness, quietness, didn't break the bank. I could have bought two of these for about the price I paid for the Kurt Kinetic.Weaknesses: Wish you could adjust the resistance remotely (the next model up has this feature but you pay for it). Pain in the butt to change from 700c wheel to 650c wheel. Other than that...bullet-proof construction and performance so far.Bottom Line: Have had this trainer for 3 months. Nothing but praise. Very smooth, very quiet (actually much more quiet than my Kurt Kinetic Road Machine)and plenty of resistance with 7 levels of adjustment on the magneto as well as using your bike's gears.
