Strengths: Fairly light w/o skewer 260g and very smoothWeaknesses: will only accept Shim 10 speed cassettesBottom Line: I think this hub is great so far, the new freehub body has almost telepathic engagement. Although this is probably what has got most peoples panties in a bunch, it will only accept Shimano 10 speed cassettes.
