Strengths:    Price, Bearings, Quiet

Weaknesses:    Slow engagement, weight

Bottom Line:
The cups and cones are nitride coated making the surface smooth and hard for the bearings. They roll very well and are sealed well with Shimano's labrinth seal. The freehub has fewer engagement points than many other brands and will take more rotation before engagement. Bottom line, A solid hub at a very reasonable price. I spent about $35 after shipping.
