Strengths: Stop the wheel from falling offWeaknesses: Wear out quickly
awkward & clumsy to useBottom Line: These things came with my new Giant TCR Advanced 2 and I used them for about 10 months. The one major design flaw is that the lever is a soft flexible plastic. The lever engages with the adjoining 'nut' via some serated teeth on both the lever & nut. So what happens when plastic teeth grid with steel teeth? You guessed the plastic teeth get worn away. This little design flaw left me stranded with a puncture 20km from home and no way of getting the damn wheel off. It's awkward to use and clumsy if your think you'll be getting a quick wheel change during a race using these think again.
