Strengths: Good ride...puncture resistance
not too expensiveWeaknesses: None so farBottom Line: I bought these tires at a local shop when I cut a tire on my bike. There wasn't a large selection that day and I took a chance on the RL's. I weigh 150 lbs, ride a Cannondale System 6, and run 115+ psi. I've put a few hundred miles on these tires and I'm very happy with them. The area where I ride has some very steep hills and fast flats with both smooth roads, RR crossings and some very rough pavement.
The ride and feel of the tires is very good. The rolling resistance seems as good as any bike in the group that I ride with and they should be more puncture resistant than my old tires. The RL's are supposed to be all weather tires but I only take this bike out in dry conditions and can't comment on wet weather traction. I'm not a racer but I do like to ride hard, and this is an adequate tire for my requirements.
Given no unforeseen problems I would buy the Bontragers again.
