Strengths: You don't have to stay on the pavement!Weaknesses: They don't roll like a 23c, but you don't have to stay on a hard surface either.Bottom Line: Great tires, they roll on hard surface and hook-up pretty well on single track. There is enough volume to soften rough hard pack. If you ride a road bike and don't want to be tied to pavement these are a good choice.
