    Strengths:    Light, responsive, puncture resistant

    Bottom Line:
I mounted these tubulars on my commuting bike and I've commuted through the nasty streets of Baltimore and Philadelphia without any punctures for almost a year and a half now. They're probably not the best tire to use for commuting, but I got them on sale at the LBS.

Strengths:    Rolls really fast, corners well, nice and hard. You can often find these pretty cheap on Ebay. Great TT tub

Weaknesses:    A bit heavier than most racing tubs

    Bottom Line:
Used to race in ironman and half ironman races. Never flatted and raced in rain hail and shine. Downhill I never get passed, up hills the legs are the problem. After racing I check the tires and have often pulled glass from both front and back. Tread is pretty thick.

    Strengths:    ????

    Weaknesses:    too many flats...

    Bottom Line:
Bought three, 2nd ride had a big bubble at valve stem. Put on spare, bought another spare & it had seperation at valve stem. Bought another and actually had two flats, both punctures during Ironman. Bad luck or bad tire?

Camelback Podium Chill w/ Quick grip $9.93 @

Thought I'd share even though its not exactly a "Hot Deal" for the cyclist but still a good price on a very good bottle. Cyclists & non-runners can just use the bottle portion. If you also happen to do long distance running or run with a hand-held, then this is a very good deal. I love these th ... Read More »
