Price Paid:
$40.00 Favorite Ride: Hills Summary: These tiers are fantastic for commuting and training. I've clocked up 5000km with only 2 flats, and I don't bother avoiding glass or any other crap on the road because I know these tires can take it.
Sure they don't feel as nice as some the the more expensive tires out there, but if your a commuter like myself and hate flats then these are the tires to get. Strengths: Very Good Puncher Resistance

at PricePoint Favorite Ride: Any Ride Bike Setup: Specialized Allez. pretty stock traded for a set of Xero wheels Summary: I've ridden these tires for well over a year and in all sorts of weather. I typically ride to and from work, but the weekends I enjoy longer rides.
Glass, rocks, and other road debris is no problem for these tires. Well over 3000 miles and no flats!
Strengths: Durability, ride, and price! Weaknesses: Hard to mount

at FullCycles.com Favorite Ride: Alsea Falls, OR Bike Setup: Aluminum frame with Campagnolo components. Summary: For a $30 tire these things are great. The are fairly resistant to punctures and cuts and last a long time (2000+ miles front, 1000+ rear).
I have low standards for ride quality, but the Re-Fuse are more compliant than the Specialized All Conditions Armadillo. Howver, they are not as puncture resistant as the Armadillo or as durable. However, they have more traction than the especially hard Armadillo and are more considerably more compliant. Strengths: puncture resistant, durable Weaknesses: none Similar Products Used: Specialized All Conditions Armadillo, Continental Gatorskin, and other racing tires.

at Interwebs Favorite Ride: Morning commute Bike Setup: LeMond Zurich, Rolf wheels, Ultegra triple running gear Summary: I put these tires on the first of the year and have done over 2,000 miles or recreational rides and daily commuting.
No flats -- no kidding.
I found that they gave a good feel for the road. Mine are 25c, my first pair of fatter (that is, compared to 23) tires, so that may be part of the feel-good ride.
In all, excellent tires.
Strengths: Nice ride, and no flats. Weaknesses: None for me. Similar Products Used: Previously mounted Michelin Carbon 23

at maxxis.com Bike Setup: Cannondale CAAD8 w/Campy Record Carbon 10 speed group, Mavic Ksyrium SL wheels, Fizik Arione saddle, FSA bars/stem, FSA carbon cranks, Time RXS carbon pedals. Planning on Orbea Orca w/Dura Ace in 2008. Summary: Great training tire. Read a review with a Health Net rider John Lieswyn in 2004 or 2005 and he said the team trained on the Maxxis Re-Fuse tire. I was already impressed with Maxxis' MTB tires and they make great'cross tires, so I gave the road tires a try. Lots of miles, tires have held together well, very few flats. I plan to buy some more. Strengths: Durable
Affordable
Recommended for training Weaknesses: Slighly difficult to mount (I notice this with most Maxxis tires). Not really a negative but I find myself cursing as I try to get that last 3" - 4" of tire onto the rim. Then they "snap" into place on the rim. Similar Products Used: Michelin (all kinds over last 15 years)
Continental GP Attack/Force (won't buy again)
Maxxis Xenith Equipe Legere (excellent race tire)
Continenta Ultra Gatorskin (lasts forever but horrible wet-weather grip)
