    Favorite Ride:
    Anywhere paved

    Summary:
For the duration of 2500 miles, I have been through 3 Krylions; they simply aren't resistant enough to cuts and prone to punctures.
Going back to gatorskins, much less road feel, but i've never punctured with them, not once.

    Strengths:
    Good price, good road feel.

    Weaknesses:
Prone to puncturing despite their claims.

    Favorite Ride:
    Any

    Bike Setup:
    Cinelli Xperience 2008
    Mavic Aksium wheels

    Summary:
I've put almost 2000 miles on these Krylions over the past 6 months, and have had no flats. Terrain I've been on ranges from smooth pavement, harsh pavement, and hard gravel for several miles - a good range. The pavement I ride on mostly has moderate to significant debris - pebbles to glass; the Krylions just pop them out from underneath to the side - occasionally banging the cars to my left side.

    Strengths:
Definitely puncture resistant, easily the best I've tried for this particular quality. Wears well, no cuts or other deformities. Very resilient - love hearing the popping sound of pebbles being shot from underneath. Perfect training tires.

    Weaknesses:
Heavier than other tires, maybe not the best for racing. That said, I've seen fellow racers waylaid on the roadside fixing their flats as I lug past.

    Favorite Ride:
    Sandia Crest

    Bike Setup:
    Speicalized Roubaix Comp

    Summary:
These tires are very poor. Within the first 100 miles of owning these tires I experienced 8 flats. Cause of flats was due to goathead stickers and misc road debris. These tires are the only product that I have ever returned to the dealer for poor quality - hats off to Performance they were great in honoring their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

    Strengths:
    nada/none

    Weaknesses:
Terrible flat protection. These tires punture extremely well.

    Favorite Ride:
    Easton-Weston Loop

    Summary:
I ride in an area with several poor roads. If they are not paved with gravel/oil compound, they are strewn with pot holes. The Krylions have handled these conditions extremely well. No cuts, no flats and they have a supple, smooth ride. Other tires have not been able to take the beating but these have come through.

    Strengths:
Supple Ride, Strong, Look good, Price.

    Weaknesses:
A bit on the heavy side.

    Bike Setup:
BMC SSX, Campagnolo, Campagnolo Vento wheels

    Summary:
LOVE this tire! It's only 15g heavier than the Pro2Race, but waaaay more durable. I've commuted with this for the last year and have only had one flat- a 1 1/2 inch nail that would've taken out a car tire. Other than that, it's been awesome. I'm tempted to try Vittoria's Open Paves, but I'm not sure it's worth the extra money.

    Strengths:
    -DURABLE
    -Reasonable weight
    -Inexpensive

    Weaknesses:
    -none really
