    Favorite Ride:
    Rolling Hills

    Bike Setup:
    Giant Defy Advanced 1

    Summary:
Tire came with bike and have about 500 miles on them. Grip well on corners, roll fast and smooth. Ride mostly on chip seal and lava cinders are often still on roadside (since that is used for winter traction in this area). Am satisfied with their performance to date...no flats or other problems posters have mentioned.

    Strengths:
    corner well, roll easy

    Weaknesses:
    do pick up debris

    Price Paid:  $45.00 at Performance

    Favorite Ride:
    Golden Gate Canyon

    Bike Setup:
    Specialized Tarmac Expert

    Summary:
These tires are sticky and handle well. They seem to roll well for me. They are a race tire so aren't as durable as many other recreational tires. They are much better than the Specialized tires that came on the bike. I've only flatted 3 times in about 2000 miles of road riding in Colorado so I haven't had the problems others have had.

    Strengths:
Sticky, handle well, low rolling resistance and mass.

    Weaknesses:
Prone to cuts and flats. Pricey.

    Price Paid:  $0.00

    Summary:
I have used many tyres, including the Pro2, and these tyres have many of the attributes you would expect for this level of tyre. I have completed my rides on a set and have milked out 2000 miles and they look like they have been ridden 5k. When you pay this amount of money you have expectations that match the price, unfortunately these also come with some disappointments. see strengths/weakness.

    Strengths:
    supple, smooth ride, grippy

    Weaknesses:
puncture prone, wear very quickly. I have had tyres half the price wear twice as nice.

    Price Paid:  $40.00 at ebay

    Summary:
I have been using the pro2's for the last year and I rarely had a flat. I switched to the pro 3's a month ago and I have already had 6 flats. It is great rolling tire but the durability is terrible. Not sure what I am going to buy next but it defineately will not be the pro 3's.

    Price Paid:  $90.00 at eBay

    Summary:
FLAT Magnets.... These are basically the Pro Race 2s without the flat protection to shave weight. What do you expect when you buy a 700x23 that weighs 191 grams?? Durability? Save them for the clean courses. I use them on my race-day wheels and haven't flatted yet but trying to train on them resulted in a flat on near every ride.

    Strengths:
Look awesome and corner well when they're able to stay inflated

    Weaknesses:
    No flat protection and expensive
