Strengths:    wear
flat resistance
consistent, good feel in cornering
value

Weaknesses:    ?

Bottom Line:
I bought these (700x23) to go on Botrager Race Lites which were having a problem holding on to the bead of some vredesteins during inflation. I've had NO problem with these tires. I just rotated them for the second time. I weigh ~210# and inflate the tires to ~120psi. This is the first time I've had anything on this bike other than GP3000s. I feel like the performance of these tires wrt speed and traction has been comparable and they've yet to flat (which the conti's did with some regularity). These tires have been an excellent value and I fully expect given the wear so far to get at least another 1000 miles. I would purchase another pair if they are still available when these need replacing.

Strengths:    ride, less vibration than the contis which were on before

Weaknesses:    i think they're kind of ugly with the white sidewalls...bought 'em online so it was hard to see what they really look like.

Bottom Line:
so far so good after 300 miles. nice ride/grip. have had no problems to date and I ride on some of the worst roads on earth (new york city) I do inflate them to 130 which exceeds what it says.
also they are 20c, which some people think are less likely to pick up glass.

Strengths:    Roll fast and corner well. Price is discounted recently, but why waste your money?

Weaknesses:    VERY poor puncture resistance. Acquire little cuts readily. Also seem a little soft in the sidewall, in that they flex under load more than other tires I've used.

Bottom Line:
Like several other reviewers, I've had trouble with flats: two punctures through the green tread within the first 200 miles. In one case, it was just a little sharp stone (that any good tire would have sloughed off easily), another was a bit of glass. Very annoying for a name brand tire. On careful examination of the tires, I found numerous other little cuts in the green tread and sidewall.
Where does Michelin expect that we ride these tires? On a groomed track?!? Most of us ride on real roads with pebbles, glass and debris.
I got excellent performance previously out of a set of Michelin Hi-Lite Pestige tires, and I was looking for a similar set of tires, as these are no longer available. Needless to say, I am disappointed with the Axial Supercomps, and will switch to another brand.
Hope Michelin reads these reviews.

Strengths:    Nice ride at max inflation (116), grippy, tough bead--at least

Weaknesses:    Poor cut resistence resistance, poor quality control?

Bottom Line:
Zero cut resistance! I rode this tire for less than a week before it destroyed itself. I'm still not quite certain what I ran over--most likely it was broken concrete--but it cut the tire from the bead all the way to the middle of the contact patch. I have cut other tires, but never like this. I weigh 160 lbs, I was riding 110+ psi, and am not particularly hard on my tires.

I would write this off as an Act-of-God but this is the third Michelin tire incident I've had in less than a year. The other two incidents occurred with Michelin Axial tires. In both instances the tire developed a sideways-bulge in the tread, and within the next 100 miles the tread disintegrated. Both tires lived less than 500 miles.

All incidents occurred with tires mounted on the rear wheel.

Strengths:    So far good wear. Bought new at E-Bay for $13 each, so the price was not bad.

Weaknesses:    none so far

Bottom Line:
I haven't had any of the problems that others have had so far. The only problem, If you want to call it a problem, was that they were initially difficult to mount on the rim.
