at performancebike Bike Setup: Surly Steamroller fixie 48/16, Airwing TT bars, Open Pro rims, Time pedals Summary: Comfort over durability? Moving from tubular rims to clinchers, I was looking to keep the beautiful glide that I got on my Conti Sprinters - the Ritcheys were definitely more spongy and grippy, even at super high psi. The soft rubber cuts VERY easily on pebbles and debris, though, so not very friendly on city rides. these look mean and handle great, though - but at a price;( Strengths: grippy, supple ride, look cool Weaknesses: delicate as all hell, 'spensive Similar Products Used: Continental Sprinters (on different wheelset)
