Strengths: Corner like much more expensive slicks.
Very puncture resistant, but still have a nice ride.
Roll very well.Weaknesses: A little tight on most 700 rims.
A little Dove bar rubbed on the upper part of the bead solves this.Bottom Line: Love them. They are very puncture resistant.
Review of 700c X 28mm Seca Wire Bead.
I've only gotten a couple flats in over 1000 miles of riding.
They roll and corner like contis that cost much more. Not exactly like the contis, but very well. Much better than Conti City Rides.
I give them 5 stars as a commuter tire.

Strengths: Long wearing
Low rolling resistance
Weaknesses: The new ones are a bit garish with the big logosBottom Line: I've been using the cheapest, wire bead Seca tires on two of my bikes over the past few years without any problems. On my fixed gear, they've held up to light skidding with no adverse wear. On my road bike, there has been no punctures yet. Although I do check for imbedded debris on a regular basis. I used to swear by my Kenda Kalientes as a cheap, strong tire, but I've switched to these
