Soma teamed up with Panaracer to produce a 650b road tire that's quick handling yet hard wearing and flat resistant. The Xpress achieves this balance thanks to a dense HyperTex Casing which offers reliable puncture protection without the harsh ride quality of a Kevlar belt. A high carbon rubber compounds keeps the Xpress rolling longer, and its tread is lifted straight from the popular Pasela touring tire for excellent traction on the pavement, gravel and dirt trails. This version of the Xpress is available in 650b x 38mm (38-584 ISO). Terracotta/Tan. Folding bead. Recommended pressure 55-75 PSI. 413g. Soma points out that this tire's dense casing prevents it from achieving a full 38mm width on most rims.
