Strengths:    More puncture resist than some of the thinner tyres.
Hand-made in Italy, supporting a small company.

Weaknesses:    Harsh ride, noticeably slower than other tyres.

Bottom Line:
I have to agree with some of the other reviewers, these tyres feel slow compared to other tyres like the Continental Supersonics. Maybe the puncture protection layer is too stiff or something, but the ride is a bit lumpy and hard.
I also had the sidewall blow out, (the beading popped off the rim), luckily not while I was riding. And got couple of punctures, so the protection isn't brilliant.
They're now on ebay, and I've put my Supersonics back on, which feel fantastic in comparison.

Strengths:    Lite weight.

Weaknesses:    Non other than my latest experiance.

Bottom Line:
I've been using this tire for almost 7 years with very good success. rides smooth and is better than expected as regarding flat resistance.
I am somewhat worried about quality of the lattest batch. A new tire ridden once previously blew a sidewall. I typically ride these tires at 110 - 115 PSI with no problem.

Strengths:    Grip, Tread wear, puncture resistance

Weaknesses:    Difficult to mount the first time. Can be removed without levers after they have been inflated for a few days.

Bottom Line:
I have been using these tires for 8 years and will never run another brand. They have excelent grip and accelerate great. These tires even sound fast. I always run them 3k+ miles or until they wear to the kevlar belt on the rear. I have even finished rides with the cords showing and they still don't flat. These are the best tires I have ever used. I run them on my race wheels and training wheels. I have recomended these to friends and they always come back to me and tell me how good thye are, like I didn't already know. Just try them.

Strengths:    Great ride. Precise handling. Tough. Decent on the climbs.

Weaknesses:    Feel tremendously slow on flats and solo pulls. They seem to have tremendous amounts of rolling resistance.

Bottom Line:
Well . . . there are certainly good things about this tyre. Despite being very narrow at 700x20, they ride surprisingly smooth. They also corner very well and descend like a rocket. This is all true regardless if you run the tyres at 110psi or 145. I have yet to race on them, but despite their low weight, they feel especially slow to me. I don't know why. It maybe because my Vittoria Diamante Pro Lights were incredibly fast, but I, along with those I ride with, have certainly felt a speed damper. When riding with a group, my pulls have been shorter, slower and more exhausting. I've had friends tell me my wheelset also feels much slower with these tyres.
Being very narrow and able to ride at very high pressure for a clincher, I was hoping for something different.

Strengths:    Very light, very smooth, very fast.
High pressure...high thread count

Weaknesses:    None yet. Hard to mount...but well worth the effort.

Bottom Line:
Have raced on these tires 4 times...crits and road races...along with some fast training rides. Overall an EXCELLENT tire so far. Using for racing clincher...very light, very smooth, very fast. Great example of an "open tubluar" ride quality when paired with latex tubes. Used to race tubulars...these are comparable.
