Price Paid:  $0.00

Favorite Ride:
25 miles rides during week plus

Bike Setup:
Cannondale 6-13 with Campy record Campy Zonda rims

Summary:
Got these tires with my new Cannondale 6-13. the Bike is fast but about every 35 miles I get a flat and need to replace the tube. It is no fun to have gone through 7 tubes in less than 200 miles. I kept tire pressure between 8-9 bars suggested psi is 8-10 bars

Strengths:
Look neat, roll well

Weaknesses:
I weigh 190lbs. and kept getting flats after riding on a road if I hit a small hole or ran over a 1/4 in stick the tire will go flat. I should have stayed with tubulars. what a disapointment

Price Paid:  $49.00 at Bike Express

Favorite Ride:
Round the Pond

Bike Setup:
'03 LeMond Alpe D'Huez, Mavic Cosmos, Dura Ace rear derailuer and calipers, Ultegra triple crank, Look 396 pedals

Summary:
I've been riding tubulars for over 20 years, thumbing my nose at anyone who said a clincher could come close to the ride and feel of them. My lbs talked me into getting clincher rims when I upped my wheelset on my new ride. I don't race, but ride pretty hard, so I was skeptical. But I must say, these tires are making a believer out of me. Easy to put on, they roll out nice and have that wonderful feel I came to love about tubulars, without the mess of all that glue! Cornering is strong, and wear seems good, although the rear is showing a wear at only about 500 miles. Being that they are so easy to take on and off, I'll flip 'em f-to-r soon. Nice plush almost tubular ride. Looks like I'm converted!

Strengths:
Easy to mount, almost tubular feel. No mess!

Weaknesses:
Killer Bee Yellow and Black, Lost the ability to snob about my tubulars!
