Strengths: Very durable, great ride quality, you can trust this tire in any weather.Weaknesses: You've made the decisive break in a race, you flat and the support doesn't have a wheel with a matching green tire, well, you're just going to have to DNF aren't you? Mismatched tires?????? I MEAN REALLY!!!Bottom Line: The Professional All-Weather Tubular by Vittoria is one very expensive tire but it's definitely one of the most durable out there. Very resilient, comfortable and you can really lean into these in a wet corner. I've raced and trained on these for years, they seem to outlast the standard Corsa CX / CG tires by more miles than the price difference would imply. I like the slightly wider 22mm tire section too. I think this was one of Vittoria's first twin tread designs, along with the Wet Weather (translucent amber coloured side tread, had one once, it died tragically when a massive hole appeared right in the middle of the words "Kevlar Super Power" printed on the side) ...no longer available ?...and the Pro Dry Road which I never tried. They got the design right with this one. They are a bit high maintenance with the latex inner tubes which you have to inflate every other day to get up to pressure but the weight they save there means they can construct a much more robust tread, ply and casing for what is still a really light tire considering how long it lasts. Five stars for performance, even though I've stated elsewhere that nothing in cycling deserves 5 stars for value at North American retail prices, I'll make an exception for this product, because it is even better value than the Corsa CX which I gave 4 stars (value).
