    Favorite Ride:
    Pac Coast

    Bike Setup:
    Torelli Toccata
    Spinergy Wheelset
    Campy carbon groupo

    Summary:
    Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!
I've had several sets of these tires and over 15000 miles of rough riding and for triathlon use, I have had 3 flats, two of which were install issues and one just happened.
I recently went with Vittoria cvo-ex tires and within 200 miles, several flats.

    Strengths:
Durable, fast, reliable, and well worth the cost.

    Weaknesses:
    NONE

Price Paid:  $0.00 at Larry and Jeff's in

    Favorite Ride:
Any ride that involves my bicycle

    Bike Setup:
    Giant TCR C3
    Shimano 105 crank/rear cassette/shifters
    Shimano Ultegra brakes
    Reynolds Assault rims
    Fotezza Tricomp tires
    Selle Italia SLC saddle

    Summary:
These are my first entry level competition tires and I had them mounted on my Reynolds Assault rims which are my first entry level comp wheel. With that said I dig these tires! I used them on my first century ride from Prospect Park, Brooklyn to Montauk Point, Long Island. They roll'd fast and gripped great...HUGE upgrade from my Michelin Ionos(?) tires, which are being used on my trainer wheels. The only knock: I woke up @ 5:30am; 2 days after my century ride, 1 day after my recovery ride, to the sound of the tire blowing out. Unpon further inspection there was a cut in the tire, which looks very fixable. I'm glad it didn't blow out on the road, but still wish it would have lasted more than ~150 miles before I had to repair/replace it. I'm going to buy another set in the all black this time. In the end I like these tires a lot and they really helped illustrate the difference between a good rolling, grippy tire and my crappy stock ones.

    Strengths:
    Rolls fast

Durable over road conditions like potholes and bumps

    Weaknesses:
Got a cut early in the game

    Favorite Ride:
    Vredestein Fortezza Tricomp tires

    Bike Setup:
I run these on Shimano 550 wheels. Even though the tires hold 145 psi, Shimano recommends no more than 130 psi. I run then at about 120 psi.

    Summary:
These tires are the best I have ever owned. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I need to be able to get lots of miles out of a tire for both financial and "Green" reasons. I don't want to be throwing tires in the landfill every year. I've never had a tear or puncture, only one pinch flat after installation (My fault) in three years and probably over 2000 miles.

    Strengths:
High mileage, comfortable ride, great color choices

    Weaknesses:
I wish the price were lower.

    Price Paid:  $20.00 at Ribble

    Favorite Ride:
    Any East Lothian route

    Bike Setup:
Trek 1400 2007, 105, ROL Volant and Neuvation M28 Aero wheels

    Summary:
Great tyre. Nearly 5000k done on it now and still no punctures. Nothing else has stood up to the glass-strewn potholed roads of Glasgow and Edinburgh so well. Decent grip and weight and I'd recommend it to anyone who's been searching for a tough tyre.

    Strengths:
Durability - 5000k and no punctures on bad, bad roads and still going strong.

    Weaknesses:
Not the most grip but decent.

Price Paid:  $45.00 at Bike tires Direct

    Favorite Ride:
    Anything over 50 mles

    Bike Setup:
2005 Colnago C50 with Mavic Ksyrium SL3 Wheels.

    Summary:
Have used this for 2 years now.Bought them to replace Pro Race 2's and because of the white sidewall they offered. The ride smooth and have a great grip. As for flats, when used with Michelin A1 Aircomp tubes I have had 1 flat in 5000 miles. The tube failed at the stem. I run these at 120 psi, I weigh 160 and the ride quality is excellent. I also loved the Michelin Pro race 2's. I get 2500 miles out of these tires then use them in the winter on my rollers for another 2500.

    Strengths:
    Durable
    Great Ride
    White sidewall
Great price for a high end race tire

    Weaknesses:
    none
