Strengths: Cheaper than a new tubular, does away with needing to stop and fix a sew up, seems to work well, fairly easy to install.
Weaknesses: Goopey and runs around a bit on install.
Bottom Line:
Have had this in the last three sets of tires on my geared daily rider, and it is a lifesaver - no flats that have disabled me since. Had a staple in my front tire last night, and I could hear the clicking, and even after I pulled it out, tire was still ridable.
