at Norway Nordic Favorite Ride: Olmo Aerolite Bike Setup: Olmo Carbon Aerolite with Campy Centaur Summary: These wheels are absolutely awesome!! After reading many reviews no one emntions the rolling resistance! The hubs coast & coast & coast & coast! The also will accelerate much faster on false flats & downhills than comparable wheelsets. The whole G3 line up is similar ! Strengths: They are Campy, virtually maintenace free, fast responsive & as light as anything in its price range or comparable wheelset! Weaknesses: I dunna know???? Really What? I can't think of anything they have over 8000 miles on them! & Nothing yet! Similar Products Used: Campy Zonda, Scirroco's, Spinergy XAero's &
Ritchey Pro's (am I really comparing uhm no!) Shimano WH-550's

at Excel Sports Favorite Ride: America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride Bike Setup: Merlin xtralight, 1994 frame, all record ergo stuff, still with cinelli bars and stem, time fork.. I love it Summary: Fantastic wheel set. Campy record hubs smooth as silk, the free wheel is free, they seem very responsive, don't notice appreciable flex at all. Much better than the Mavic Ksyrium SSC SL's which creaked, flexed, and had poor hubs especially the freewheel resistance Strengths: Hubs, looks, responsiveness Weaknesses: expense I guess Similar Products Used: Mavic Ksyrium SSC SL, plus older standard mavic wheels with various campy record hubs over many years..

at LBS Favorite Ride: Stave Lake Bike Setup: Carl Strong custom steel, Reynolds Ouzo Pro, Campy Record/Chorus mix. Summary: This review is for the 2006-2008 Eurus design with aluminum spokes. I got these wheels in early 2006 and used them sporadically in road races and some training rides in 2006 and 2007. This year, they have been on my main bike for every ride and race. They have taken a few hard hits without issues.
Sure, they are not the lightest wheels, nor are they the most aerodynamic. They are however, very well built and reliable and they have good lateral stiffness. For the type of racing I do (rolling road races with no extended climbing) they are a good choice. If they blew up tomorrow I would still be satisfied.
The Campy build quality on their factory wheels is very high. Much higher than Mavic, IME. I have owned the previous generation Eurus and the Neutrons as well as several Mavic pre-builts and the Campy wheels are better in every respect. Strengths: Durable with excellent build quality. Good blend of stiffness, weight and performance. Weaknesses: Not the lightest or most aerodynamic, and yes I know handbuilt wheels offer lighter weight at less cost. Similar Products Used: Mavic Ksyrium SSC, Bontrager Race X-Lite crack-o-matics, Reynolds DV carbon clinchers, lots of handbuilts, Campy Eurus (2004), Campy Neutron.

at Price matched by All Favorite Ride: Anything with light rolling hills Bike Setup: 05 Fuji Team Pro Euro
FSA SLK-Light compact cranks (50/34)
Full Campagnolo Chorus group
FSA stem and seat post
Selle Italia saddle Summary: I ride at best 100 mi. per week and bought this wheelset to replace the Alx wheels that came on my Fuji Team Pro Euro. First thing I noticed was the weight advantage, shaving nearly a pound. With the weight loss I noticed a quicker acceleration. The wheels handle well with little to no flex. I haven't had them trued and have over 1500 mi. I haven't crashed them and have hit my share of potholes with out losing true. They ride nice and fast. Strengths: Wieght, acceleration, handling, and durability. Weaknesses: I've heard the rear hub described as 'angry'. Others may say it is loud. Personally I feel it helps those slow riders I am about to pass know I'm coming. So you decide as I could care less.
