Strengths:    light, fast, look cool, what more do you want

Weaknesses:    tubular tires are expensive

Bottom Line:

I purchased these used but they were in excellent shape with just a small piece of decal missing from one. Extremely light weight and aerodynamic, excellent bearings will spin forever. The front is perfectly true and the rear is sooo close to being perfectly true, I do run my rear brake just slightly looser to compensate.
All carbon rims so I purchased swissstop yellow king pads which are amazingly strong. Tubular and I have had no issues changing flats or having a tire roll off a rim. This wheelset is fantastic, spins up crazy fast and just weight nothing
