The CORIMA 4 SPOKE is reference to the design of this monocoque carbon wheel. Created from the beginning to be a versatile wheel, it is perfect for track or road use. The profile of the rim and the shape of the spokes (like a drop of water) make it one of the most aerodynamic wheels of its time. Its rigidity, plus the design of the rim and spoke profiles makes it responsive giving superior ride qualities as well as very aerodynamic. Its speed due to rigidity out performs its competition. Designed specifically for the track or road, it is produced in two versions: Model HR and Model HM. Model HR is composed of High Resistance carbon fibres for strength, developed for road racing or time trials. Model HM is made out of High Modulus carbon fibres. It is adapted perfectly for all track events and can also be used with a tandem.The version HM is approximately 20% more rigid than the HR model. 840g for either Shimano or Campy Models. The 4 SPOKE Wheel is entirely made out of carbon in both tubular and tyre versions (CORIMA Patent). The wheel does not require any particular maintenance or cleaning thanks to its monocoque structure. 4 SPOKE wheels are delivered with a quick release skewer, valve extender, thin spacer for the cassette body and rim tape with clincher versions. 700c Version ONLY.
This wheelset is fantastic! Crazy light and very stiff. Spins up faster and more aero than my Spinergy Stealth PBO's which I also love. Hubs spin forever. Big wreck I was run over by several riders after I was on my side and these wheels don't have a mark on them
