Strengths:    Hubs are the best I've ever ridden, pretty easy to be lazy in a group ride. Stiff but comfortable. Awesome sprinters. Heavy enough to help maintain forward velocity, but not enough to be a hindrance. Worth mentioning, I experienced a high-speed blowout in the rear going down-hill and continued around 300 m before I could safely pull over; the tire (conti 4000s) was still firmly attached to the rim. Looks are good. Campagnolo build quality shines, but difficult to quantify.

Weaknesses:    A little plump on paper, but not really noticeable.

Bottom Line:
These wheels are great! So incredibly solid. I have not been able to induce any brake rub. They may be a little plump, but the hubs more than make up for that and then some. I suppose they're reasonably aero, but at 24 and 28mm, it wasn't very noticeable. After almost 3000 km they are still straight as they day they came out of the box (ridden these off-road and also taken some big hits). These wheels are such a pleasure to ride on (as long as the grade stays below 8%), I have yet to try them with a tubless tire.

Strengths:    Build Quality, Looks, Acceleration, Handling, Smooth Rolling and Tubeless

Weaknesses:    Cost

Bottom Line:
These wheels are awesome. They look great and seem very well built. Very clean design. They come with a set of valves installed for road tubeless and a nice set of quick release levers. I also purchased a set of Hutchinson Fusion 3 Road Tubeless tires and installed them right away. So far the experience is very positive. Having owned and ridden quite a bit a set of Fulcrum Racing 3 (2008) wheels I wasnt surprised by the smoothness of the Racing 1's (2011, MUCH lighter). The Fulcrums feel very different than other wheels Ive tried. They are quiet and very smooth rolling. They handle unbelievably well. The tubeless tires feel great. They feel grippier and fast but absorb a LOT of road vibration while mantaining a feel for the road. That makes one more confident in corners and descending.

These wheels make me a bit faster and the ride more comfortable. The biggest different was the comfort (both from tubeless and the smoothness of the wheel) and the handling.
