Description
Gipiemme products are just what they are, excellent. Say no more.
Gipiemme has been making rims for many years in Europe and has been the builders of many records all over the world.
Gipiemme is an Italian made product that backs up the concept of durability and long test rides. Pinarello, Coppi, Colnago have been rolling on this wheels for many races including Tour de France. Some rims seem to be a little heavy but after 120, and 150 miles for over 30 days, the wheels stay the same, just tires are worn out, if you want a high quality rim, here is your deal, do not hesitate, the word is Gipiemme. Price Paid:  $0.00

Bike Setup:
Specialized allez triple with all shimano gearing and now K1 aero alloys with conti ultra sports.

Summary:
Kinetic one K1 wheels, black aero alloy wheels, super tough fast wheels that sometimes feel like they're riding themselves!!!! Truly awesome and value for money is unbeatable in my opinion!!, if you're looking for a brilliantly designed and made wheel look no further than Andy and his team at Kinetic one, communication and service is brilliant, utterly happy and very impressed by their price!!

Strengths:
Great looking wheel, tough, true and super fast, knocked 4 and a half minutes off the best time on a circuit I regularly do when out riding, great price!!!

Weaknesses:
Only one I could think of is the graphic stickers on the rims may need replacing if they got wet too much, but I'm sure Andy from Kinetic one would soon sort that if it became a problem.

Similar Products Used:
Not really used many other rims besides the rubbish Alex rims that came on my bike.

Price Paid:  $750.00 at Spain, Ciclovia

Favorite Ride:
Europe

Bike Setup:
Cannondale slice 1, gipiemme, tecno 716 wheels, and Full Dura Ace.

Summary:
Gipiemme whells are the best training and race road product I ever had. The rims are very strong and you feel like in a machine evrytime you ride. I though at the begining they were a little to heavy, but I enjoy those rims better than my Zipp, carbon wheels.

Strengths:
Strong, untrue, they take a lot punishment, stable and no shaking at all, good looking, very aero.

Weaknesses:
Price over 500 is a lot for me, but there io have them.

Similar Products Used:
Eminenza, Zipp.
