Strengths:    New to racing wheels so limited knowledge on cycle products. However, I did improve my time going up my routine climb. Did so well, that I felt that I had the energy to do it again. (20 mile ride) So what does that mean? Pure excitement! Great feeling not being in the back of the pack. Not grinding the road with minimal speed. All numbers improved! (Average speed, Top speed)

Weaknesses:    Newer start up companies are coming up with cheaper sets. Mavic has a standout name....that's why I stuck it out with them and the cost vs cheaper companies.

Bottom Line:
Although I am not inspiring to become a racer, I want safety. Mavic my #1 choice first. Great responsive rims.

Strengths:    Don't know, returned to dealer before riding.

Bottom Line:
Brand new and one pawl/spring was missing inside freehub. Not one drop of oil came out when freehub was removed. Metal surface inside freehub, that rides on wheel hub, was badly scored when machined at factory.

Strengths:    - Super light
- Super stiff
- Great Mavic quality
- Easy service - well designed wheel

Weaknesses:    - Better not take these in to some hack mechanic. My buddy's R-sys were ruinied at LBC as they tried truing them without checking Mavic on-line instructions. Carbon spokes, cannot just to in an hack away at these. Need good experienced wrench to touch these only.

Bottom Line:
Wow - these wheels are super light and super stiff. Makes any climb easier! Much stiffer than my HED Ardennes and much much lighter feeling. Great rolling wheel as well. Really like these hoops so far. Nice looking hubs and great Mavic quality. No wonder you see a lot of these on the pro circuit. Love these R-sisters.
