Price Paid:  $240.00 at neuvationcycling.com

Favorite Ride:
Pequot Cyclists Sunday rides in Eastern Conn

Bike Setup:
JAD JR5 frameset - Ultegra 9 w/SRAM Force compact crankset - Time fork - Selle Italia saddle - Deda bars - Spinergy Rev-X or Neuvation M28Aero wheelsets.

Summary:
Got these to give my Spinergy Rev-X's a break from regular duty. The Neuvation wheels are an excellent value. Build quality is on a par with much more expensive wheels. The ride quality is excellent. Stiff, they accelerate and climb very well. They appear to be fairly bullet-proof. I can see whey they've gotten such rave reviews here.

Strengths:
Good quality everyday/training wheels.
Excellent value - Neuvation is very easy to deal with and fairly quick with email inquiries.

Weaknesses:
They do come with alot of stickers on them. 3 "Neuvation" and 3 "M28Aero" on each side of each wheel. I got rid of all the "M28Aero"s. Neuvation.com even has a "how to" for that in their FAQ.

Similar Products Used:
Spinergy Rev-X - Mavic Open Pro w/Ultergra hubs.

Neuvation wheels m28
Just been out for approx. 300 miles change from fulcrum 5 wheels 3 yrs old..
Have seen a improvement in mph +2-4 miles on all my rides.. Enjoy the stiffness and response in the hills.. Love the black bladed spokes and the weight is comparable to more expensive wheels...There very quite so it took me a while to get use to that.. im a recreational rider so i didnt feel like spending 1000+ on new wheels..

Strengths:
Weight and stiffness.. Very responsive and fast..

Weaknesses:
none yet only ridden for approx 300 miles

Similar Products Used:

Price Paid:  $0.00

Favorite Ride:
Paradise Loop

Bike Setup:
Specialized Allez, all ultegra except front durailer 105... Nuevaction M28 AeroX wheelset.

Summary:
I purchased neuvation M28 AeroX about 3 weeks ago. Website transaction was easy and strait forward. About 2 weeks later there was not wheels and no communication. So, I sent email to the support and got a promptly response that wheels where stuck in customs (weird hand-build i thought) and should get them on Wednesday and ship them right away. On Friday I had my wheels. When on my usual ride Paradise loop 47 miles. Let me tell you. Compare to my stock wheels, theses wheels accelerated better, kept speed better, felt stiffer and lighter. All around a very nice upgrade. for about ~$290 ($230+30tax+30shipping) IMO and excellent buy. did the ride @ 17.2 mph which is my personal best. Previously best average i've done was 16.6 mph.

Once, i put some miles on them i'll do (will try) another review.

Strengths:
light, stiff good accelaration, kept speed well

Weaknesses:
so far i only had one ride. One thing was my hands got numb a lot more then usual. i guess its because the wheels are stiffer then stock i replaced.

Similar Products Used:
none
