Strengths: Hubset roll smooth and fast. The high flange gives added strength and stiffness.Weaknesses: The Carbon rim does not handle well in the rain.Bottom Line: This has been a great wheelset. I was looking for a clincher box rim wheelset when I came across this set. I use them for training and racing and have performed great. I would easily consider another set due to price. I have a pair of Easton EC90 aero wheels in the closet that I NEVER ride since the Gavia roll fast and smooth. The high flange is great for strength and stiffness when sprinting and climbing. All around great wheelset.

Bottom Line: I would not advise anyone to purchase these wheels.I bought a pair and raced 6 races on these wheels.i had problems with the front wheel at first making an odd noise. The valve stem was hitting the hole and making a sound like a sensor hitting a magnet.I remedied this wrapping the valve in electrical tape.I noticed after the SIXTH use that the front rim had carbon cracking and seperating on the braking surface.I then looked at the back wheel and same problem along with a small crack in the rim.Pro-Lite will not issue a warranty replacement. They say I damaged the rims in a crash although I never crashed ???????
