Price Paid:  $685.00 at Ebay

Bike Setup:
Colnago CLX w/ DA derailuers and brifters, SRAM red cassette and chain, FSA sl-k Pro carbon compact crank, Zero Gravity Negative G brakes, Time RXS titanium/carbon pedals

Summary:
These wheels have been phenomenal. I did not believe all the hype about aero being so much faster, first ride out I did .5mph faster average, on my normal route, than I have done all season. These wheels feel night and day above anything else I have ridden, very smooth yet extremely stiff. My freewheel is really noisy, not sure if this is common to this hub. I have a set of Dura-Ace pads on there at the moment, have some yellow swiss stops to go on, but I have not really noticed any noise issue out of them. The first time I tried to put a tire on it took 15 minutes, a sliced tube and a broken tire lever. I took them to the LBS to install the tires and learned their tricks, these were not easy to install. At least not with Contintental Grand Prix 4000s tires.

Strengths:
Weight- 1505 grams for a set of aero clinchers is great
These wheels ride amazing

Weaknesses:
Hard to change tires
Freewheel noise

Bike Setup:
Masi Gran Corsa,Reynolds dvm's,Sram Force drivetrane,Selle San Marco Aspide Carbon seat,Syntace stem, EC 90 bars,Alien Post,Reynolds Ouzo pro fork, vittoria Rubino Pro, Dura Ace pedals

Summary:
I have to admit i wish these wheels were better from the get go. i had them in warranty for the first year more than on my bike...pissed me off. once the problem was fixed wow what a great wheel. the ride is buttery smooth, all my buddies cannot believe how light is (with the tire tubes and slime in it), great looking. i peeled the stickers off because a wanted a flat black look and i like it. this is a easy wheel to ride doesn't spin fast not like the neuvations i owned bit once up to speed easy to keep there. you will benefit after 18 mph and the smoothness gets rid of the vibration fatigue. why pay for these with the competition out there. name, warranty paid off (could have been a lot worse), great ride, smooth, lightweight, and after two years never been out of true. I am 220lbs!

Strengths:
yeh read the above

Weaknesses:
out of box was a bad experience

Favorite Ride:
620 loop

Bike Setup:
LiteSpeed Ultimate, Dura Ace

Summary:
Excellent wheels - very aerodynamic and very strong - in fact when reversing the car into my garage with my bike on top, my rear wheel took the brunt of the hit which broke my frame - but not these wheels - amazing!

Don't know why Reynolds keesp recommending stupid Kool Stop pads - they screech like pigs when braking - switched to Shimano Dura Ace cork pads and they are fine - no squealing at all!!

Austin is very windy - still these wheels are extremely stable - in my ksyrium wheels used to bounce me around - not these! (wide bladed spokes).

Strengths:
Excellent strong wheels - no problems at all - very good quality - withstood garage hit - no damage. Best thing is rim can take 145+psi - I use Panaracer Stradius Pro tires (165 psi) - the combination is excellent. Very Aero without being blown around.

Weaknesses:
none I can think of.

Price Paid:  $2200.00 at bike shop

Favorite Ride:
j.river area

Bike Setup:
custom Merlin extra-light, campy record components, Ouzu Pro fork, Mich. Race @ tires, fun ride.

Summary:
just got my new wheel set from Reynolds. They are fast, pretty smooth, eye catching, and generally fun to ride. I do have several problems with them.

Strengths:
yes, they are fast, amazing how I can pass friends as I free wheel down a hill and they pedal. Fairly smooth, although not why I bought them. Really eye catching on the ti frame. wheels are light for my weight also. Bought them to get that extra mph of speed and it is there.

Weaknesses:
rear wheel is making a irritating noise as the spokes rub against one another. thought they would seat after a few rides, but nope, it has not abaded. It is pretty obnoxious for a wheel to do this, especially at this price. Shop sent them back to Reynolds for a look, we will see what happens. Also, the brake pads Reynolds sent screetch like mad. Why would a company like Reynolds send a pad like this. Are they joking, man this is crazy. Tried some Corima cork pads and it fixed the problem, but Reynolds has got to do a better job in this area. Do not even bother to send pads if they are not compatable. Has anyone else had this problem? I love the ride but not sure I can live with the noise. May have to go w/ the Campy Bora. Suggestions please???

Price Paid:  $1700.00

Bike Setup:
very old (donno which year) Merlin Extralight, Ultegra groupset, Oval cowhorn + Profile Design Carbon Stryke aerobar, SSM Aspide Tri, Profile Design Fast Forward seatpost, Conti GP4000 20 front, Specialized All Condition S-works 23 rear

Summary:
I bought this wheelset 2nd hand from a friend who did ~1500km on it. Price stated above in Singapore dollars.

Nipple seating design issue causing spoke to snap at the treaded end. Had same problem for front and rear wheel within a week. I'm totally frustrated with this. Reynolds claim that their new nipple can self-align and hence solve the problem. Yet to get it fix and test out.

Strengths:
Stiff, light & aero.
Customer service! I get my e-mail reply promptly and Reynolds folks are really helpful. They recognize my problem and fix it for me free of charge, eventhough I'm not the original owner.

Weaknesses:
Reliability. I start to doubt Reynolds reliability testing. How can they not discover something like this and allow the product to go into the market??
