Strengths:    Unreal ride quality, so smooth, yet still stiff. Very responsive, stellar on climbs, and still descend perfectly.
About the lightest wheels out there. These are also incredibly strong wheels.
Not commonly seen.

Weaknesses:    Could be considered weaknesses: tubular only, spoke heads are in the rim, so you have to take the tire off to true them, which is a pain given they're tubulars. But you shouldn't have to true them much at all. Takes a while for brake pads to wear in, and they chirp during the breake in period. Mine seem to be chirping about half as much as when they were new, after about 5 rides.

Bottom Line:
I am actually using the Cirro SV-KOM wheels. They're basically the same, but just a little lighter than the regular Cirro SV's.

Stunning! I went to test ride bikes, and was absolutely blown away by these wheels which were on a bike I was testing. I moved them to another bike too to see how they changed it. Just unreal - so incredibly smooth, insanely light, yet they still feel stiff! After riding them, especially after comparing them to other wheels on the same bike, it was just no contest, I had to have these wheels. Truly incredible. I compared them to/test rode them against Campy Neutrons, Rolf Vector Pros, handbuilt Mavics, Ksyriums, and Velomax. Some will consider these expensive, but they are not when you consider the weight, strength, and absolutely supreme ride quality. Compare the price to other carbon wheels, these are practically cheap in comparison to many of them!
