Strengths: Light, aero, durable, stiff, better than just about any aluminum wheel at the same weight. Good braking. Ride nice!Weaknesses: Maybe the finish of the rims? But nice finish probably wouldn't improve performance and would likely add weight.Bottom Line: These wheels ROCK (especially since I got a really clean set used)!
I have the Cirro Mid V Clincher with the hubs that're not the previous White nor the current DT (I'd stay away from the version with the White hubs cause the front adjustment mechanism is quite poor). I weigh 170-175 and use these wheels for daily riding and racing and am using the Reynolds carbon brake pads.
Anyway, they're stiff, pretty light for clinchers at 1460g for the set, have nice hubs and are pretty aero since they have the same profile that tested so well in VeloNews test of climbing wheels. Braking is just fine. Maybe not quite as powerful as aluminum but still really good both in power and modulation. Not at all grabby like Zipps.
They've inadvertently taken some pretty good shots and come through unscathed: Riding in a pack w/ Conti GP4000S tires at 115psi front, I center punched a good sized pothole as did the guy behind me. He pinch flatted. I did not (which is really amazing since I was also running Maxxis flyweight tubes) and kept riding. Wheels still round and true.
4 for value cause new they're quite spendy.

Strengths: Have yet to ride a wheel with better overall ride qualities in such a lightweight package, 1480grams for the clinchers. Then again, the BMC Pro Machine is the best frame I have ridden to date, which might be helping as well.Weaknesses: Price if buying newBottom Line: Overall ride quality is excellent. 33mm rim section seems to be optimum for everyday use, as these rims perform well on climbs and on the flats, very good compromise between the two. Have put about 1000 miles on and no problems as of yet. Great deal if you can find them used.
