Strengths:    None.. it came out of the box broken.

Weaknesses:    Rear wheel didn't work out of the box and the Ritchey warranty agent was unconcerned with making it right.

Bottom Line:
Received as a package with the new 2013 Jamis Quest, but the rear free hub failed to spin and could not be removed. Jamis referred me to Ritchey directly, since Ritchey handles all warranty issues directly, and that agent.. on top of being snotty and aloof.. asked me to ship the wheel out to him on the other side of the country on my dime, before he'd even consider solving the problem. Additionally, he seemed very put out as to explaining what the turn around time would be or that I might think that the process was unacceptable having just shelled out money for an $1800 bike.

Maybe it's a great wheel, but for a single issue, but the lack of customer service makes me believe otherwise.
