Strengths: Low price.
Strong.
Remain true.Weaknesses: NoneBottom Line: I bought these online from Bikemania.com. I had Aeroheat wheelset on my mountain bike for appx. 10 yrs. & I only needed them trued twice, but i am an ocassional rider-(nowhere to ride off road around here).
Needless to say the Velocity wheelset with Velocity hubs & freewheel weighed in at 1794 grams for the two. I paid $230.
Today I wrecked into a parked car head on & the front wheel remained true & didn't flinch. The rear wheel was fine & I went about 10 mph on impact.
I am proud of these Australian wheels. If I ever buy another bike, they WILL have Velocity wheels!
