Price Paid:  $490.00 at WIlliams Wheel Syste

Favorite Ride:
All of them

Bike Setup:
Scott S30
105 components

Summary:
Great wheelset. Wheels roll forever and they look great too. Shipping was quick from the West Coast to the Midwest as well. These wheels are pretty bombproof. I have well over 4,000 miles on them, hitting some potholes, lots of rough roads and railroad tracks at 20+ mph. They are as true today as the day I got them. They recently developed a creak under heavy drive-train load. Called and talked to Keith Williams personally. He sent me a new freehub at no cost and also talked to me about cycling for 5 minutes or so. Absolutely great customer service!

Strengths:
Superb customer service!
Wheels roll forever
Wheels look Great.
Wheels are stiff, light and stay true.

Weaknesses:
Freehub developed a creaking noise, but a little bit of grease fixed it. Owner sent me a new freehub at no cost.

Favorite Ride:
Anything with hills

Bike Setup:
Trek 5200 w/Ultegra

Summary:
Great wheels, great service. The ceramic bearings make the difference IMO. I accidentally stripped the threads on the cassette body, and even though it was completely my fault, Williams sent me a new one for free.

Strengths:
Light, fast rolling, great service

Weaknesses:
Not a name for the status-conscious

Price Paid:  $499.00 at Williams online stor

Favorite Ride:
Huge loop including skyline blvd

Bike Setup:
Dura ace 10 Giant TCR 1

Summary:
I got my new set of Williams hoops back in January to replace my Mavic Ksyriums which had some serious drag in the rear hub after many years of use. I ordered my System 30s after calling and talking to the owner, who by the way calls you back in a heart beat if you leave a message. The wheels arrived within a couple of days and they were ready to go. They look great which is always nice but more importantly they perform. Stiff and roll super smooth. They are my all around training and racing wheel and I love them so far. Put simply you get a tremendous amount of bang for your $$. I had an issue with the rear wheel spoke tension and could not get it to stay true. Not a problem since the owner replaced the wheel in an instant. I had a new one on my door step in 24 hours. Most likely the wheel did not have the proper amount of thread lock on the nipples. Fantastic service and value..

Strengths:
Stiff
Super smooth
Accelerate quickly

Weaknesses:
None really....any issue I had Williams jumped on and replaced the wheel..

For the money none that I can see....

Bike Setup:

Summary:
Dealing with Willams has been a real pleasure. Every time I have contacted the company with a question, I have recieved a response in less than 24 hours. very unusal today. My wheelset arrived promptly and the build and finish is excellent. On the road, the wheel jump out when you hammer, climb well and roll easily on the flats. Spin up fast! Great Wheels.

Strengths:
Great wheels, especially considering the cost. Finish and build great and they perform extremely well.

Weaknesses:
Had one issue with the front wheel quick release working loose. The owner sent me a new set 3 days after I contacted him. Great service....
