Summary: I've ridden a 404/808 combination for about 8 months. Wonderful subjective and objective improvement in speed. I had a delimination defect that developed in the front early on that was replaced very quickly and painlessly under warranty with no questions. Hubs are smooth.
Strengths: Great warranty support - when you spend 2000 plus on wheels its nice to know people are quick to deal with your problems.
Weaknesses: Just price

Bike Setup: 08 Lemond Tete de Course-custom build, full Dura-ace, Zipp 404 clinchers, Schwalbe Ultremo tires, Fizik,FSA and Thomson.
Summary: This is a first impression review. I have a little more than one hundred miles on this wheelset. So far I am very happy with them. They are stiff where they need to be, yet they seem to absorb the road vibrations quite well. The quality is top shelf as you would expect from wheels of this price. I have read many reviews questioning the quality of Zipp hubs. From my experience so far the hubs are flawless. For one thing the hubs roll forever, another they are very light. For a clincher carbon wheel they ride like a lighter wheel than what they are. Overall for their weight they climb fairly well. On the flats is where they really shine though. Many products claim performance increases, but on the flats these wheels deliver. I like the tubulars, but rather trade a little weight for clincher durability.
Strengths: very well made, excellent hubs. climb fairly well, but on the flats they will break speed limits
Weaknesses: This is not a weakness, more of a gripe. For the kind of cash these babies cost I would like to see Zipp throw in some skewers and rim strips

Summary: I broke down and bought the 700c Clydesdale clincher versions as I am 6'1" and 225 and I repeatedly broke the spokes on my stock fulcrum wheels. I have had no issues with these wheels. They are fast and stiff with no flex. Like the other posters have indicated, they spin up quickly and hold their speed. Smooth ride.
Strengths: Bomb-proof with a nice finish.
Weaknesses: Valve extensions can be a pain causing the tube valve to close
