Bike Setup:
Alpha Q fork
Triple
100 mm stem

Summary:
I have ridden this bike for about 200 miles so far and my initial impression is that it is that it gives a solid, stable ride that is comfortable over long distances. I have a 58cm frame and found the stem supplied (120 mm) was too long and a 100mm fit much better. The Ultegra wheelset seems very solid and the rims give off a quiet hum over the road surface. The geometry doesnt seem conducive to sprinting, it is better for long distance cruising. I have the upgraded Alpha-Q fork and it does a great job of damping road vibration and bumps. The dark blue paintjob is top-notch.

Strengths:
Stable, comfortable, smooth ride.

Weaknesses:
Not hugely responsive when I stand up to sprint.
