Price Paid:  $0.00

Favorite Ride:
Mt. Tam

Summary:
On a recent upgrade I was between the Mag and the Deda Newton but decided on going with Cinelli out of loyalty since I'd ridden 1A and 1R stems for the past two decades. Very stiff for it's weight, even in the 120mm (actually 125 as others have noted). Paired with the carbon wrapped bars, its a nice setup and the the two bolt pattern give plenty of grip. Ti bolts add to weight savings.

Strengths:
Light and stiff. Not as stiff as a Thompson but much lighter.

Weaknesses:
None.

Price Paid:  $50.00 at Condor Cycles

Favorite Ride:
South Downs

Bike Setup:
Condor 853 Baracchi with deda monobox carbon rear. Campagnolo Chorus 2003 10speed and Ksyrium wheels

Summary:
Bought this stem along with bars for 100 uk pounds, great deal! Very stiff and so light it took me by surprise. Finish quality is jewel like and almost too good for the bike, all bolts are Ti. Combined with the matching Cinelli bars this is unbeatable. By far the best stem I have ever used.

Strengths:
Light, quality finish and stiff

Weaknesses:
Length 5mm longer than stated, typical cinelli as they measeure everything differently.

Similar Products Used:
3ttt, ITM Millenium and various quill stems.

Price Paid:  $90.00 at local shop

Favorite Ride:
Tollhouse,CA

Bike Setup:
59 cm De Rosa Primato El-OS , Reynolds Ozo Pro.... Chorus 10 build.

Summary:
Very light and moderately stiff considering its weight. Everytime you enter into the insanely light stuff its normal to pick up slight flex. It is a very high quality stem equal to the rest of the high dollar stuff with the exception of the magnesium stuff. The ti hardwear is nice. Oh yes, it runs about 5 mm longer that the listed length so keep this in mind when ordering. Italian thing maybe?

Strengths:
The weight. 125 grams! wow. Looks very cool.

Weaknesses:
Only two bolts holding the handlebars tight. Carefull hands required when tightening into the heat treated aluminum.

Similar Products Used:
cinelli b-groove, deda newton, ttt, ritchey.
