Price Paid:  $900.00 at LBS

Favorite Ride:
Finger Lakes especially Cayuga Lake

Bike Setup:
Stock

Summary:
Great Bike. Love the looks and performance. Very stiff frame transfers power to the wheels well. Never any flex no matter how hard you hammer. Get compliments on the way it looks every ride.

Strengths:
Stiff frame, geometry seems to fit taller riders well. Great handling.

Weaknesses:
Jarring over small, sharp bumps. Original tires (continental 3000's) were junk.

Similar Products Used:
Cannondale, Trek Composite

Favorite Ride:
any @ sunrise

Bike Setup:
105 & Ultegra, Rolf Vectors

Summary:
This bike does everything well, time trial, sprints, & hills. I really like how it refuses to flex when your out of the saddle. Also, have done several centuries and with a good Selle Italia saddle not even a saddle sore. Love the orange & blue paint scheme.

Strengths:
Frame is perfect fit for me.

Weaknesses:
Rolf Vectors spin up slow.

Trek & Specialized Aluminums.

Price Paid:  $1600.00 at Dalton Bicycle Works

Favorite Ride:
Cherohala Skyway / Six Gap

Bike Setup:
Complete Dura Ace, Rolf Vector Pro wheels, Deda Newton stem and bars, cking headset, TI brake calipers, Carbon Seat Post

Summary:
I love this bike. it is all day comfortable, very fast in the flats and climbs well. it all centers around the frame. The frame is really light and stiff. as for aluminum and its durability, the frame is still in good shape after 2 years. if i had it to do over, i would buy it again. might consider the lemond ti bike though. it is the same geometry.

Strengths:
Very good geometry, light weight, handles well

Weaknesses:
none i know of
