Price Paid:  $0.00 at Colorado Cyclist

Bike Setup:
ksyrium SSLs
Record 9 speed
Easton carbon post
Sella Italia SLR saddle
TTT 199 bar
Look pedels (heavy)

Summary:
Man, is this bike light! I didn't really pay attention to the componants I put on it (I bought an XL frame only online) and still ended up with a 16.5 lb bike, including pedals! I didn't realize while doing online research that this bike has a short wheelbase, especially for a taller rider like me...6'1". What that means is this bike accelerates and climbs great, and turns great in short-course crits, but can be dicey or unstable on fast swooping turns and decents.
Like another review said, the titanium makes this bike light, but also mikes it "soft" or flexy in out-of-the-saddle sprints. I've actually worn out the sidewall of my tires from the chain-stayes rubbing against them when I'm standing.
All-in-all...great bike, especially for the closeout price I paid. However, if I could do it again, I'd probably look more closely at the Vortex or Ultimate from Litespeed.

Strengths:
Super-Light
All-day comfort
"wow" factor from other cyclists
No rider weight-limit (unusual for lightweight frames)

Weaknesses:
Flexy for you big sprinters (tires rub chain-stay)
Not really designed well for tall/big
riders
Shorter than normal wheelbase

Favorite Ride:
Woodside loop

Bike Setup:
Campy 10 speed Record triple, FSA carbon cranks, Campy carbon seatpost, Fi-zik carbon saddle (the most comfortable saddle I've ridden!!), Cinelli Ram bar/stem combo, Mavic Ksyrium SSC SL wheelset, Campy ergobrain computer, Shimano Dura Ace pedals (the Lance pedal), Carbon bottle cages.

Summary:
I'm a 63 year-old guy who raced in the 1950's and the 1980's. I ride about 150 miles/week, and have cycled on high quality bikes for over 52 years. I bought the Ghisallo for it's comfort and lightweight. The bike has not disappointed, and the deal through La Bicicletta was excellent, as is as the service.

Strengths:
Comfort, weight, descending ability, excellent finish

Weaknesses:
none noted

Similar Products Used:
I currently own a Litespeed Ultimate, a Raleigh Pro, a Mercian touring bike and a Celo Europa (a criterium racing bike). I have owned many other bikes, including a Kestrel, a Schwinn paramount, severa

Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:
Two words . . . "sweet machine"

Strengths:
weight, but you knew that already.

Weaknesses:
lateral stiffness was disappointing. But that was to be expected of a compact frame. A little pricey.
