Bike Setup: Specialized Tarmac Expert Full Carbon, Full Ultegra 6600 group, Selle Italia SLK Gel Flow Saddle, Specialized Time Trial bar, Nike Poggio Shoes, Polar S625X and Hydration Back Pack Oggio, trek gloves.
Summary: Unlike some poor quality reviews I've found these wheels perfect for me, I used to ride road bikes 10 years ago, about 150 Km/week but some changes in life made me stop riding and I gain weight like a pig, I was 159 pounds before and put on 52 more pounds in 10 years, horrible, yes I know but in March 2008 I decided to burn all that and come back to my old times.
I purchased a Specialized Tarmac Expert on ebay with Neuvation R28 Aero 2 wheelset and started riding slowly, few Kms a day and after six months I have increadibly lost 46 pounds and still want some more to go and had not a single issue with this wheelset even when I was abusing my 211 pounds on it.
I use to do maintenance myself in my bike as I have been frustrated with some local workshops and this might make a lot difference because I do it very precisely and to be very honest I have adjusted spokes only 2 times after 2100 km, I feel like it is time for the third adjustment though. But they are very strong, light and fast rolling.
If the spokes are tight and very well balanced (pressure)and the weels are aligned you shouldn't have any trouble.
Remember that one single spoke out of correct tension can trigger others to be loose in a matter of seconds and as someone else said the wheel can even colapse and cause serious accidents. It can happen with any wheel, brand and model (with spokes of course, specially with those wheels with just few spokes)so this is certainly not a specific problem in this wheelset but apply to all.
Strengths: Stiff, Aerodynamic, smooth rolling, light and very cheap.
Weaknesses: Sometimes you hear spoke noises, but this is actually a good reminder for you to check, tighten and balance them. Once they are adjusted you shouldn't hear that metallic noise anymore.

Summary: I've had nothing but trouble with these wheels.
First, the rear wheel squeaked out of the box. I thought maybe it was the skewer so I replaced it. The noise was still there. I eventually took it to the local shop and they had to rebuild the hub - it was dry inside. Paid $35.
Second, I have been losing spokes every 4-6 rides or so. I am San Francisco Bay Area and the roads are good enough and I weigh 160lbs. Every spoke replacement is $25.
A couple of weeks ago, when I lost another spoke during a ride, I took the wheel to the shop again. The owner pointed at significant cracks in the rim around a few of the nipples. He said I was lucky the wheel didn’t collapse on me.
Bike Setup: Trek 1500 with Ultegra group set used with these wheels, now riding a Trek 5.2 Madone.
Summary: Great wheels for the first eight months. Light and fast and roll very well. CVracks in the rear rim put an end to my satisfaction for these wheels. Before the rim cracked, these were the best wheels I had used, but the shop I purchased them from tells me they are no longer sold in Australia, so unfortunately I'm left with a rear wheel which is of absolutely no use to me and a warranty that won't be honoured.
Strengths: Light, fast, roll really well, great value for money until the rim cracked.
Weaknesses: Durability. Less than 12 months for a wheel I was only probably using twice a week is just not good enough.

Summary: Wheels have been great so far. No issues. Bearings are smooth as silk--you really notice it up front; without the freewheel, the front spins for days. Semi-aero rim profile, bladed spokes. I like the look, the feel, the price. They are not self-propelled, but do a good job.
I'm not too big, 165 pounds, so wheels have held up well. I've trued my front once and my rear about 5 times--but then again i'm anal and like a straight-as-chite rim.
Strengths: Value
Stock steel bearings roll forever.
Weaknesses: Some say stickers--I like the stickers.
Some say tire mounting--Serfas Seca RS go on easy, Serfas Seca Comp go on with no levers.

Bike Setup: Bianchi Ti Aero Frame, dura ace triple group
Summary: I bought these wheels to replace my old wheels after a crash. I needed 5 months to recover and in that time I went from 175 to 220lbs. At first the wheels were noise free, but when I went to a much lower pressure tire I started hearing a pinging noise. I found it was coming from were the spokes crossed.I sprayed a little teflon on the intersections and the noise has gone away. I'm sure it was a combination of my out of shape weight and the lower pressure tires. since dropping the weight the wheels have been great. The wheels ride stiff and smooth.
Strengths: Great price for the weight. They roll really well. Solid ride and predictable cornering.
Weaknesses: max weight is really more like 190 lbs for these wheels, and as far as the stickers go-ugly is the new in!
