Price Paid:  $650.00 at Broadway Bikes

Favorite Ride:
Horseshoe Canyon

Bike Setup:
Indy Fab Crown Jewel SEC, Campy Record, FSA cockpit, these wheels

Summary:
This is a great wheelset. Its super stiff and responsive. They get up and go, have zero flex and run solidly. I use them to train and crit on and have found nothing to complain about. I had a bit of a crash and plowed a curb head on. Broke the frame in half and hit the curb right at the weld of the rim. It barely cracked and the rim mushroomed but stayed relatively true.

Strengths:
Strong solid wheels. 2K miles and never needed truing.

Weaknesses:
Rolf Prima requires ou ship the wheel back to them for repairs. To replace the rim cost almost as much as just getting a whole new wheel. the rear hub needs constant supervision or the freehub comes loose.

Similar Products Used:
Easton Velomax Circuit. Misc. other midrange wheels

Price Paid:  $630.00 at Wheel & Sprocket

Favorite Ride:
SW Wisconsin hill climbs

Bike Setup:
2004 Litespeed Firenze; 700x20 tires; Dura Ace triple, 12-27 cassette; Easton EC90 slx fork; Zero Gravity ss brakes.

Summary:
Excellent climbing and all-round, every day wheels. I've put about 4,000 miles on these and have been extremely well satisfied. As light and stiff as advertised. Impervious to cross winds. Very durable. I've had to true one of the wheels once (after nailing a pot hole hidden by shade hard enough to pinch flat). However, I am only 140 lbs, so I'm not hard on wheels.

Strengths:
Light, stiff and durable. Attractive and reasonably priced.

Weaknesses:
Extra care needed to properly seat the tire bead; valve hole is a bit tight with some tubes.
